Placed my order using their kiosk machine which was on the sidewalk for their bouncy cheesecake and cream puffs. I was not disappointed! Their cheesecake is light and literally melts in your mouth and their cream puffs are AMAZING! I'll definitely return for their cream puffs. Please note: This place provides efficient service.

Straight to the point. Absolutely fire and worth. A great price for a great sweet treat. I only deduct a star due to thinking these were perhaps warmed up but it seems to come out of a fridge of sorts. Its convenient and that's what I'm paying for so I'm not upset about that. The service was extremely quick in a matter of milliseconds and the lady that handed it to me was nice . She seemed happy with her job . Good for her. Good for her. I would go here again . I need to try their cheesecake and pistachio cream puff. But yea, no seating or anything you just grab and go, so maybe that's a bit of a con. Ube in my mouth all over violated and destroyed

I stopped by Keki on an early Sunday afternoon and had a fun and quick experience. One of the highlights coming here is that there is a window where you can watch them make cakes - its actually kind of entertaining. A small group of people were standing there, staring at the cakes jiggle as they were boxing them. The ordering process was insanely convenient. They have a kiosk with a smooth and user-friendly interface that made placing my order quick and easy. Although there were a few people in line ahead of me, it moved fast, so the wait wasn't really an issue. I ordered the Oreo cream puff, and literally just a few minutes later, it was ready at their pickup window. The cream puff itself was great. The outer texture was nicely balance - light and crisp. The filing was the highlight, with it being very rich and creamy. Though it might have been on the too sweet side as well. I'd say this is a step above the cream puffs at Beard Papa's. Overall, I'm amazed at how streamlined and convenient getting food has become. Order from a kiosk, pick it up at a window, and you have puffs and cakes in hand in no time. I'd recommend coming here for a quick and satisfying sweet snack. I've also heard good things about their cakes, so if you ever need to grab a last-minute celebratory cake for a friend, you know where to go!

By far one of the best Japanese cheesecakes in the city! It's light, fluffy, bouncy (as advertised), and most importantly, won't break your wallet. The freshly made cheesecakes always come out piping hot, so be ready to enjoy some on the spot, or save some for later when it tastes delicious chilled as well. The only recent disappointment was that the Wow tarts have been discontinued. That was my favorite item on the menu, so I'm hoping they return very soon!

Ordered a bunch of cream puffs and cheesecakes for a friend baby shower. they ran out of cookies and cream but the milk and pistachio flavor were a hit. Everyone enjoyed the bouncy cheesecake as well!

This place was so good. It's just a counter. DO NOT OPEN THE DOOR. They will help you at the window. They have these cream puffs just in the fridge and they are FILLED. The outside is like a nice almost donut like shell that is tastier than typical choux dough. The Ube cream is fantastic. Light, creamy, and filled to the brim. So good

You will actually forget beard papa once you try a bite of the best cream puff of your entire life at Keki. My friend is obsessed with the original so she got three for $10 and we shared one cream puff which was literal heaven on earth. The cream puff melts in your mouth, isn't cloyingly sweet, and the actual bread around it was done perfectly.
